Meet Carolyn Baker, a real estate agent with a passion for helping buyers find their perfect home and assisting sellers in finding the right buyer who will cherish their property. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Carolyn’s journey led her to Georgetown, SC, where she fell in love with the area’s fishing, beautiful beaches and charming small towns.Carolyn’s educational background consists of having earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Florida State University. She dedicated seven years to teaching in private schools before spending a fulfilling fifteen years at Waccamaw Elementary School in Pawleys Island, SC.
